Every rep quoting like you. Without the ride-alongs.

Right now the way you sell lives in your head. Every quote you're not on is a guess, and every new rep learns on real customers. CrewClone gets it out of your head and into every rep.

Stop losing the quotes you'd have closed.

The problems every owner with a sales crew knows, and what CrewClone does about each one.

Get your week back.

Every new rep needs you in the truck to learn how you walk a job. Talk through it once instead. The playbook does the ride-along.

The number lands right.

Your reps know the price. They don't know how you present it. CrewClone writes down how you walk the house, give the number and ask for the job.

They practice on a fake homeowner, not your leads.

New reps usually learn by losing real jobs. Here they practice against a homeowner built from your own objections, as many times as they want.

Pushback stops stalling the sale.

“We're getting three quotes.” You have an answer for that. Now your reps do too, on a cheat sheet and on their phone in seconds.

You know who's ready.

Every practice run is graded on your standards. You see who's putting in the work and who's ready to run a quote alone.

It stays when people leave.

What you know is written down and kept. The next hire starts from your playbook, not from zero, and your Monday meeting is already built.

Talk once. Train your whole crew.

1 of 6 · Talk it through

You talk. It takes the notes.

  1. Hit record and talk. Like you're training a new guy in the truck. Up to twenty minutes at a time, English or Spanish. No typing.
  2. Every answer gets filed for you. One long ramble fills in the right questions on its own. Nothing you say is lost.
  3. Done when you are. 44 questions, from the lead coming in to walking away. Build your material after just 8.

2 of 6 · It writes it up

Your way of selling, written down.

  1. A playbook, cheat sheet and worksheets. How you run a quote, start to finish. In your words, ready to print.
  2. It never makes up a price. Or a warranty, or a policy. When something is missing, it asks you instead of guessing.
  3. Answer once. It's in everything. Your answer goes into every document on the next build, and your edits always stick.

How we run a quote

1. Before you knock. Look up the house. Know the roofline and the gutter run before you get out of the truck.

2. Walk the whole house. Every side, with them, before any number comes up.

3. Give the number, then ask. “We can get you on the schedule next Tuesday. Want me to lock that in?”

“We're going to wait until spring.”

What it means: they like you, but nothing is forcing a decision.

What you say: “Totally fair. Our spring schedule fills by March, and pricing goes up then. Want me to hold today's number?”

3 of 6 · Practice

A homeowner who pushes back. A grade in your words.

Your reps run the quote out loud against a homeowner built from your own objections. Then you grade them, without being there.

“That is more than I expected.” normal End and grade me
HomeownerCome on in. It's the back corner. It overflows every time it rains hard.
MarcusI walked the whole house. 160 feet of seamless with guards and two new downspouts out back comes to $4,200.
HomeownerThat's more than I was figuring. Honestly I was thinking maybe half that.
Hint, only you see thisThey have a number in their head. Find out where it came from before you defend yours.“Fair. What number did you have in mind, and where did it come from?”
MarcusFair enough. What number did you have in mind, and where did it come from?
HomeownerMy neighbor paid about two grand. But now that I think about it, theirs was just the front.
MarcusThen you're comparing half a house to the whole thing. I can get you on the schedule next Tuesday. Want me to lock that in?
HomeownerOkay. Yeah, let's do Tuesday.

Booked the job

Held the price, found the real concern, asked for the job.

  • Found the real concern
  • Held the price
  • Walked the whole job first
  • Asked for the job
From the owner Good. You didn't drop the number. Next time ask where their number came from before they have to bring it up.

Example run. The homeowner, the hints and the grade all come from what the owner told CrewClone.

4 of 6 · On a real quote

Stuck at the kitchen table? Your answer in seconds.

  1. Type or quietly say what you heard. Only the rep's own voice is recorded, never the homeowner's.
  2. Get back what the owner would say. The words to say, what to say next, and what not to do.
  3. The whole cheat sheet, one tap away. Every objection, already on the phone. No waiting.

What did they say?

Say this

“Let's put the two quotes side by side. If theirs covers the same footage, guards and downspouts, I'll tell you.”

Then say

“If it doesn't, you'll know exactly what the difference buys you.”

Don't

Drop your price on the spot.

The cheat sheet

  • “That's more than I expected.”
  • “I need to talk to my wife.”
  • “We'll wait until spring.”
  • “I'm getting three quotes.”
  • “Can you handle the insurance claim?”

5 of 6 · Meeting slides

Run the Monday meeting without making slides.

  1. Pick a topic and a length. How we run a quote, objections, pricing, or say your own.
  2. Slides in your logo, notes in your voice. Drills and things to say, with speaker notes so anyone can present.
  3. Present it, print it, or take it to PowerPoint. Full screen from your phone or laptop.

What is CrewClone?

Sales training for home-service contractors. The owner talks through how they run a quote. CrewClone turns that into a playbook, an objection cheat sheet, worksheets and meeting slides, then trains the reps with a practice homeowner who pushes back like real customers do, and grades every run on the owner's standards.

How is this different from a sales course?

A course teaches someone else's way of selling. CrewClone is built from yours: your prices, your process, the objections your customers actually raise, and what you say back. Your reps practice on that and get graded against your standards, not generic sales theory.

How long does the brain dump take?

As long as you want to give it. You can build your material once you have answered 8 of the 44 questions. More answers make better material, and you can add more anytime. You don't need to finish in one sitting.

The fastest way is "Just talk it through." Talk for up to about 20 minutes at a time, and your answers get filed for you.

Does it work for my trade?

It's built for contractors who sell jobs in the home: roofing, siding and windows, decks and porches, patios and hardscape, remodeling, crawlspace and foundation, HVAC, plumbing, painting and other home services.

Everything is written from your answers and your files, so it fits the way your company sells.

What do my reps need?

A phone or a computer with a web browser. No app and no password. You add them on your Team page and text them a link. They tap it and they're in. They can also type their personal code.

What if I don't like typing?

Don't type. Tap "Just talk it through" and talk about how you run a quote. Or tap "Record" under any question. Your words come back written down. English and Spanish both work.

You can also upload price sheets and old estimates instead of typing them out.

What happens after the 14 days?

Subscribe to keep going. If you subscribe during the trial, you are not charged until the trial would have ended.

If you don't subscribe, your account locks. Nothing is deleted. Your answers, material and your reps' practice history are all kept. Subscribe later and you pick up where you left off.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, from Plan and billing. You keep access until the end of the month or year you paid for.

Take a day off. Your quotes still get run right.
